I'm only 42!!!!
I am so excited - I just gained a year of youth. I just figured out that I am only turning 42 this year. I don't know when it happened but at some point I started thinking I already was 42. I never used to care about this stuff until I turned 39. How does someone forget how old they are? - I guess when they get old they forget ;)

I had the same thing last year! I was convinced for the week before my birthday that I was turning 35 (oh the trauma!). THen my friend Al said, "WHat year were you born?" He gently reminded me of my basic math and I realized that I was turning 34. So I had a whole year to get a bit more used to 35. I am glad I'm not the only one (cause I felt VERY foolish). -EK
